Job Description
The Compliance Specialist shall provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department. He/She shall assist the Chief Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer in developing, implementing, and maintaining the bank's compliance programs to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable laws and regulations. He/She also provides administrative support to the Corporate Governance Committee.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Accounting, Law, or equivalent;
- With at least 1 year experience in banking, compliance, audit, or legal;
- Should be proficient in MS Office, analysis, reporting, business planning, and management;
- With good communication and presentation skills;
- Experience working with regulatory bodies such as BSP and SEC is a definite advantage;
- Must be highly organized, keen on details, and willing to travel.
