Job Description
1. Serves as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
2. Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
3. Conducts necessary analyses to address client needs
4. Communicates resolutions to clients
5. Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding CIMB PH, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
6. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
1. College graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of Contact Center experience in a banking or financial services environment
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative with strong track records
3. Handled Banking related customer service via call and email, such as deposit accounts, personal loans, and general customer service queries
4. Have experience as a live chat agent is preferable
