Job Description
- Ensure that all incoming deliveries are accompanied with complete documents prior to receiving. No complete documents No acceptance policy is implemented.
- Supervises receipts of stocks, ensure that receiving procedures is strictly followed. 100 % checking.
- Monitors that documents are properly endorsed to the Warehouse Internal Operations within 24 hours upon receipts (Incoming and Returned items)
- Proper planning strategy of items storage. Allocating space for incoming items, easy retrieval of old items stored. Separate items for re-work especially those salvageable items from damage/broken items from delivery.
- Perform other functions as assigned by immediate superiors.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- With two to three year's experience on the position
- College graduate, above average oral and written communication skills. Good command of communication skills
- Can do reports and computer literate.
