Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible in all accounting control procedures, system monitoring, recording and reporting all transactions of the company and maintaining the records of the supporting documents.
- Post and prepared the voucher for journal entries for accrued expenses and other adjustments subject for review of accounting manager.
- Preparation and filing of the following;
- Expanded withholding tax
- Withholding tax on Compensation
- Monthly and Quarterly tax
- Quarterly and annual Income Tax
- Alpha list of employees
- Annual Registration
- Renewal of Business Permit
- Responsible for maintaining all the records related to tax matters.
- Transactions with BIR and LGU personnel during annual registrations, filing, tax mapping and audit.
- Ensures complience of the company with relevant government requirements.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by Accounting Manager/Supervisor from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
- Willing to do fieldwork
