Job Description
Typical duties of a paralegal include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Conducts client interviews and maintain general contact with the client.
2. Conducts documentary and legal research.
3. Drafts legal documents, correspondence and visa petition letters;
4. Coordinates and files petitions/applicatons for student visa with immigration of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female preferably with at least two years of relevant work experience;
- Underbar. 3rd year college student will also be considered;
- With excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing;
- Highly organized with creative and analytical mind;
- Can build and maintain databases and files; organize and track files;
