Job Description

“Set people up for Success” by identifying and ensuring organisational coaching and development activities, that support current and future business needs to provide a highly motivated and skilled workforce that promotes quality customer experiences to the Australian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Have an integral role in generating a positive life energy among Training and Development Team and those you will come into contact with daily.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal business directors
  • Guide Training & Development team and Training Leaders by modeling the Campaigntrack way and contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team focused environment.
  • In collaboration with the Training Manager, consulting with Department Managers and Training Leaders to provide resources and skills to develop their departments.
  • Through a consultative approach, support and review necessary external training programs within budgets
  • Develop, mentor and facilitate internal training programs and resources to support objectives at an organisational, department, team and individual level.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of systems, products, and services to support staff in providing an exceptional client experience and maximise opportunities.
  • Research contemporary learning and development trends and provide recommendations on opportunities to improve training team growth and delivery.

Recruitment & Induction

  • Participate in Training and Development Team recruitment processes such as interviews, induction, and training.
  • Participate in staff meetings, social events, company volunteer groups and supporting colleagues.
  • Integrate fluid training processes within HR induction package.
  • Maintain quality of company introduction packages and delivery
  • Constantly review training skill software (HRM and Wiki) are relevant for all staff

Reporting

  • Provide constructive solution focused feedback to Training & Development manager about department performance, projects and goals.
    • Participate in relevant company meetings
    • Perform 1 on 1 meetings with Training & Development team members
    • Analyse skill gaps and improvement opportunities - department, team, and individual level.
    • Analyse department retention and attrition reports over a life span of an employee
    • Provision of individual monitoring and feedback for new staff regularisation.

Philippine → Australian Liaison

  • Coordinate with Admin team logistics for on-site Australian operations staff.
  • Australian staff safety procedures and disaster awareness while in the Philippines.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates background in leading and supporting teams in areas such as recruitment. Training & Development
  • Demonstrates self-driven and strategic thinking approach
  • Demonstrated ability to research and evaluate training needs
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coach staff to develop and apply knowledge and skill in a range of areas
  • Sound skills in Microsoft Office products, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver instructional and motivational presentations to groups of minimum 5 people
  • Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels

Prerequisite

  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a Mentoring, coaching and/or training capacity in a client, sales and software focused training environment
  • Minimum 4 years in a Supervisory or managerial role
  • TVET Trainer Qualification Level III or equivalent
  • Desirable to have visited and knowledge in Australia

  • Perform key responsibilities
  • Increase, promote and advance delivery methods of Training & Development presentations
  • Demonstrably assists relevant departments to achieve staff performance goals
  • Coaching and training delivered using contemporary training and assessment methodologies which are in keeping with company standards and policies.
  • Ensure all daily administrative tasks and other duties are carried out in accordance with current company practices and procedures.
