Job Description

  • Review payroll, work charts, wage computation, and other information to compare and validate
  • Has the ability to focus and has patience.
  • Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
  • Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ADP timekeeping experience is an advantage, not required.
  • Accounts payable experience is an advantage, not required.
  • Basic to Intermediate skills in MS Excel required.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Fast learner.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Imus Cavite
