Senior Tax Accountant  

BMG Outsourcing Inc is currently looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to work with an Australian client. The successful applicant will be located in our office in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Leadership of Philippines offshore accounts admin team

● Supervision, training and mentoring of junior staff and new staff

● Month-end financial accounting procedures

● Year-end financial accounting procedures

● Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements (BAS/IAS)

● Completion of bookkeeping requirements for client’s needs

Reconciliation of bank accounts

Coding of transactions

Entering supplier invoices and reconciling to bank payments

Accounts receivable

Accounts payable

Inventory management

Fixed asset management

Qualifications

● Excellent written and verbal English communication

● Accounting degree qualification, CPA preferred

● Three years or more of general accounting experience (Australian accounting experience preferred)

● Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Workflow Max, etc)

● Proven ability to work unsupervised

● Team player

● Willing to learn and expand their knowledge, motivated by continuous improvement

● Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone

● Full-time position only

● Current passport, available for immediate travel to Australia for training
