About Bizsolv Asia
BizSolv Asia (MPC) is a multi-purpose cooperative that provides total business process outsourcing service requirements for our clients.
BizSolv services also include full HR Services, Organization Transformation Services, Supply Chain Management, I.T. Enabled Services, General Management and Business Consulting.
Most multinational/ transnational companies engage/outsource independent service providers for these activities, to reduce headcount and avoid hiring contractual employees with a six month employment agreement &/or project based employment agreement. This practice is done to prevent/ avoid potential employer-employee labor relations issues; minimize their HR search-recruitment-hiring-training expenses; and to improve labor productivity - by removing the contract based employee replacement cycle.
