Job Description
- Oversee overall operations of a project/building/property.
- Implement company’s management standards, operating plans, and programs for the project.
- Maintain efficiency and adequacy of equipment
- Conduct regular coordination meeting with staff, company officers, and customers
- Prepare and monitor budget for operations and maintenance against actual expenditures
- Ensure accurate billing and collection
- Ensure strict compliance of the project with all government requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with Professional License in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- With experienced in interior fit work.
- Good leadership skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
