Job Description
- Oversee the overall Operations Control Center for all APMC properties in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
- Monitor property activities and observe operations for any irregular activities
- Monitor incidents in all managed properties
- Draft and complete accurate reports daily
- Coordinate with Property Managers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Must be computer literate (MS Excel/ MS Word)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- With sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Must be willing to start immediately and can work at shifting schedule.
- Preferably with experience related to the job required.
- Willing to work in MAKATI area
