Job Description
- Provides support for Prepaid Load Sales, including day to day incident management, problem management, and request management as applicable
- Respond immediately to proponents mainly through emails, Viber, Telegram, SMS and phone calls
- Responds to alerts generated on any point of system or application failure
- Monitors all links to ensure all transactions and services are up at all times
- Resolves and engages others to resolve all incidents within SLA
- Primarily responsible on system/build releases
- Responsible for the design and development of scripts and installation/deployment procedures including source code control and issue tracking
- Staying abreast of the latest techniques on deployment and releases
- Provides administration and modify the configuration of Load Sales Microservice and ESB as applicable
- Assesses requirements and recommends best solution
- Participates in process flow analysis and process redesign
- Participates/Contributes in product development
- Participates in project meetings with the project team members
- Other common tasks include:
- Reviewing current systems / software
- Presenting ideas for system improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or relative Job Experience.
- Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for embedded systems.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
- Strong background in Java
- Knows how to query MySQL
- Familiar with cloud and on-premise server environment, integration technologies as well as open source environments.
- With understanding on common third-party APIs
- Familiar with basic financial terminology and accounting methods
