Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing basic first aid, evaluating an employee’s health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions.
- Handling of health maintenance services, processing of SSS, ECC benefits and preparation of Annual Medical reports and control of dispensing medicines supplies to employees.
- Prepares monthly medicine consumption and consultation report.
- Conducts regular inspection of pantries, production and other working area and prepares reports or recommendation on unsanitary practices.
- Provides assistance to employees in availing medical services through HMO accredited hospitals.
- Handles processing of all SSS benefits that includes preparation of Sickness or Accident notification, computation of sickness and ECC benefits and filing to SSS office.
- Familiar in preparation of Annual Medical Work Accident/Illness Exposure Data Report for submission to Department of Labor.
- Prepares/updates listing of enrolled members for the Corporate Health Care and enrollment of new members.
- Confers/consults with superior any matters concerning proper interpretation and treatment of company benefits such as SSS, ECC and HDMF benefits.
- Receives, validates and post sick leave and vacation leave application to individual attendance record. Reports to immediate superior any discrepancies found in the leave application.
- Conducts annual audit of actual VL/SL application against posted VL/SL in the individual attendance record and makes adjustments whenever necessary.
- Assist in facilitating Company’s Annual Physical Examination.
- Organizing of company-sponsored events and activities especially with regards to Health and Wellness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Philippines Registered Nurse with active RN License
- 6 months clinical experience
- Ability to work all shifting schedules
- Pleasing personality
- Registered Nurse with at least 6 months of practice, preferably with Occupational Health and Safety Certification/ Training
- Experience in HR-related tasks is a plus, particularly on benefits, employee engagement (events and activities)
- Knowledge in public safety and industrial health standards and statutory requirements
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent observational skills
- Has a strong tolerance to pressure, ability to multi-tasks and can meet deadline
- Experience as Company Nurse in Call Center Industry is an advantage
- Willing to work on varying shifts
