Job Description
- End-to-end Recruitment
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants
- Coordination with Managers for potential candidates for the post
- Sending of JO to applicants who successfully passed the interview process
- On-boarding of newly-hired employees
- Status Reporting
- Sending Status Report of day-to-day Recruitment Activities
- Recruitment Updates to the status of Open positions
- Other HR Related tasks assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resources and the like
- At least 1-2 years experience as an HR Recruiter in an international company
- Must be knowledgeable in using different recruitment platforms
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Open to multicultural work environment
