Job Description
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls appropriately;
- Receiving and sorting daily mail;
- Do office errands and other clerical recptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc. ;
- Assist the Administrative Department by maintaining and updating stock inventory and other necessary documents;
- Assist the Administrative/Accounting Department in filing;
- Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations as needed;
- Ensure that everything is in place for the office to run smoothly;
- Secure information by completing database back-ups
- Maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential;
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable; and
- May be assigned other related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Computer Literate
- Willing to work extended hours
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; and
- Trustworthy
