Customer Relations Representative (Project-Based)
A Customer Relations Representative directly manages customers’ queries and complaints from all kinds of businesses. This involves being the frontline support to help ensure clients’ satisfaction; while appropriately representing their company’s products and services in dealings with customers and clients.

Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
-Responding promptly to customer queries
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
-Staying up-to-date with the company’s products inside and out to provide informative solutions/answers to questions asked
-Process and organizes order, forms, applications and requests
-Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, suggestions and complaints to provide useful feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process
-Ensuring customer support and satisfaction

1. Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
2. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English/Filipino)
3. Outgoing and with pleasing personality
4. Strong customer service, social and organizational skills
5. Able to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
6. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
7. Experience as a Brand Ambassador/Sales Officer is an advantage
8. Displays grace under pressure
