Job Description
- Meet and aim to exceed set sales targets
- Develop strong communication skills
- Practice a consistent positive attitude and customer-centric approach
- Develop the ability to work independently and within a team
- Learn the importance of high-quality customer service
- Acquire knowledge of industry and all relevant client/campaign guidelines
- Conduct Face-to-Face presentations to the customers on behalf of APPCO Group’s clients.
- Develop leadership skills together with time management, team building, training, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Recommended to go through the 3-Phase Career Development Program: Sales Acquisition, Team Leadership, and Owner Partnership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills in both oral and written.
- With pleasing personality.
- A passion for building and growing relationships.
- Ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight.
- Must have strong work ethics and highly ambitious.
- Should have high presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel both domestic and international.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BAGUIO.
- No work experience required.
