Job Description

  • Providing timely, relevant and accurate report and analysis of the Company’s financial performance, including but not limited to:
    • Business Requirements Definition and Solutioning
      • Gather, Define, Analyze and formulate processes and IT solutions for business requirements
      • Document business requirements and solutions via blueprint
      • Assess impact of recommended solutions and recommend necessary change and risk management activities
      • Engage and secure sign-off of business proponents for proposed solutions
    • Evaluation, Development, Implementation, and Roll-Out
      • Provide project leadership for IT projects
      • Perform project planning, scoping and monitoring
      • Review and validate Technical Design to conform to business requirements
      • Prepare and maintain project documentations which include but not limited to, Project Workplan, Requirements Blueprint, Functional Specs, Test Scripts, User’s Manual, Sign-Off documents
      • Collaborate with development and test teams to ensure appropriate design and test standards
    • Application Support Management
      • Perform and provide application support for implemented solutions
      • Recommend technical enhancements to support implemented applications
  • Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team
  • Preparation of reports to Management and Brand, as needed
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of his/her core work and other project deliverables

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must have a pleasing personality and the capacity to deal with different kinds and levels of people across the organization.
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Is highly motivated and directed and exhibits leadership potential.
  • Is logical, efficient, and has keen attention to details.
  • Has the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Has practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts.
  • Is collaborative and an effective team player.
  • Is knowledgeable on Productivity Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, FTP, VPN, Screenshot tools.
  • Experienced in creating Project Documentation: Functional Specs, Project Workplan, Test Scripts, and User Manuals, etc.
  • Has a working knowledge on system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Exposed in business case development as well as IT-related methodologies and frameworks (SDLC, BABOK, PMBOK, and ITIL, etc.)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
