Job Description
- Manage on-going customer accounts by conducting site visits and regular meetings.
- Coordinate with Business Development Officer and Technicians concerning any site deployment, customer complaints and potential sales.
- Supply management with proper and accurate reports on industry and market conditions.
- Update management on field work reports, plans and forecasts.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and recommendations to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Must be well-organized and results-oriented
- Must be able to work in teams.
- Must be comfortable using computers for reports, presentations and generating documents.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
