Role Description
We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager who will focus on serving the Singapore Market. The ideal candidate will have the passion in technology and digital solutions and must demonstrate strong communication skills, as they will work closely with executives, colleagues, and clients on a number of projects. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. He/She will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities to achieve growth and sales targets. This is a full-time position that takes place in a borderless working environment and may involve traveling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new clients
- Facilitate effective planning sessions and target account meetings
- Work with leadership to develop compelling proposals and contracts on a timely basis
- Report activities and results accurately and timely each week to the management
- Fully explore the business needs and buying motivations for each key target account
- Identify and recommend effective solutions, processes, and techniques to accounts
- Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative approaches and incorporates into solutions
- Pitch and close target clients on appropriate solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of solid record of enterprise solutions sales or business development. Experience in Technology/ Digital products or services would be a big plus
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale deals
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Confidence in your ability to create high volume pipelines and accurately forecast close dates
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
