Job Description
- Drive Engagement
- Serve as an ambassador for creating a positive and motivational workplace culture.
- Oversee administration for the annual Employee Engagement Survey and follow-up action planning process.
- Lead engagement projects across the organization and ensure that employee engagement initiatives have visibility.
- Manage various employee recognition programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communications
- Good communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement events
- Able to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, editing skills and basic desktop skills
- Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of basic HR concepts related to employee engagement and change management
- Resourceful, very organized, results-driven and solutions-oriented, follows through on commitments
- Familiarity with graphics, design layout
