Job Description
- The Maintenance Account Manager will be the internal liaison between Account Executives, merchants, and the production team creating/maintaining Total Loyalty Mobile Applications, Email Marketing Programs and Customized Websites.
- They will also work closely with merchants to support, facilitate marketing, and maintain these programs.
- This is position is responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and engagement to merchants who purchase our Loyalty Solutions programs.
- Assists with requests, complaints, marketing material orders, troubleshooting errors, account questions, cancelations, and other queries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the related field or three years related experience or a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Marketing background and customer service in a team setting is a plus.
- Strong customer service and phone support skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Can communicate effectively with reps, clients, sales managers, and fellow team members
- Willing to work in shifting schedules including but not limited to graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business
- Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiar with various electronic devices such as iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets
