Beginning operations in 1991, it continues to serve as Ayala’s holding company for its Honda dealerships and remains the largest Honda dealership group in the country. Since then, it has grown its network to over eleven dealerships.  These dealerships are located in Pasig, Alabang, Bonifacio Global City, Makati, Manila Bay, Cebu, Iloilo, Mandaue, Bacolod, Negros Occidental, and Cagayan de Oro. Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc. (IADI) IADI is AC Industrials’ holding company for retailing Isuzu vehicles. It was established in 1995 amidst Ayala’s launch of the Isuzu brand in the country, opening the country’s first Isuzu dealership. Presently, IADI has over nine dealerships located in Pasig, Alabang, Rizal, Cavite, Talisay, Cebu, Iloilo, Mandaue and Bohol. Volkswagen Philippines Through Automobile Central Enterprise, Inc. (ACEI) and Iconic Dealership, Inc. (IDI), AC Industrials is the official distributor and largest dealer of Volkswagen passenger cars in the Philippines. ACEI imports and distributes Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles throughout the Philippines. The Ayala group owns four dealerships of Volkswagen in BGC, Alabang, Quezon Avenue and Cebu. KTM The firm entered the motorcycle business in 2016 through a strategic partnership with KTM AG, Europe’s largest motorcycle brand. Adventure Cycle Philippines (ACPI) is the wholly-owned unit of AC Industrials that serves as the official distributor of KTM motorcycles in the Philippines. Through ACPI, AC Industrials owns 66% of KTM Asia Motorcycle Manufacturing (KAMMI), which manufactures KTM motorcycles in the Philippines for the domestic and export markets.
