Job Description
- Third Party Agency Management:
- Directly supervise assigned Third Party Agency on all on-ground events and activations
- Activate on ground events based on agreed target number of events.
- Make sure to follow all trade set-up standards and protocols
- Process payment for all approved billings for all activations.
- Consumer On-ground Executions:
- Execute on-ground consumers activities based from platform set by the DTI Market Execution Head.
- Execute profitable and high impact events on-trade
- Directly touch-base with community leaders and retail trade partners for future on-ground partnerships.
- Administrative responsibilities:
- On-time requisition of all items needed for all activations
- Creation of necessary Program Approval Forms if needed
- Proper documentation of all on-ground activities for future references
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years previous work related experience required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with good attention to detail
- Process focused and action-focused
- Agile with a strong sense of urgency
