Innovation and Change Lead | Toledo City, Cebu  

Position Summary:

Innovation and Change Governance

• Enables the organization to understand the business process framework and approach to continuously improve the company’s PDCA cycle.
• Builds the capability of employees to innovate or continuously improve by providing programs and conducting training on innovation/process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, etc.
• Enables the organization with the Change Management Framework (i.e., Prosci’s ADKAR Framework) to ensure that changes are effectively managed.

Innovation and Enterprise Architecture (EA)

• Leads and implements continuous improvement / innovation programs in the business unit by creating framework, structure, process documents, templates and innovation/improvement tools.
• Creates programs (i.e. Inyovation Day) that will encourage the organization to innovate and build the innovation culture.

Implementation of New Ways to Innovate

• Collaborates with the process owners in identifying gaps or unnecessary practices and looks for improvement opportunities that may be undertaken as a project (e.g. Automation, Digitalization, etc.)
• Supports Innovation Project Leads in addressing bottlenecks and completing the project.
• Collaborates with the process owners to ensure smooth implementation of Corporate Projects and Enterprise Architecture nitiatives in the business unit.

Change Management (CM)

• Creates a simplified change management process for an effective implementation of continuous improvement or innovation projects in the businss unit
• Collaborates with the project teams to ensure change management compliance and change management activities are implemented and integrated into their project plans.
• Creating projects that drives business value.
• Evaluates audit to check for possible innovation.
• Defines a standard way to measure effectiveness and evaluate success of the innovation project including CM execution.
• Implements alignment with corporate plans to achieve desired maturity level according to the innovation and change management roadmap

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / IT related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in a role that has implemented major transitions, particularly in processes, methods, policies, organizational structure, and tools.
• Background in business process or project management
• Preferably with experience in power or related industry
