Job Description

  • Will be responsible for leading and guiding all functions of Hedcor Group relating to administrative support and supply chain management.
  • General/People Management
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the department and team members; Monitors and evaluates performances to ensure the realization of targets and objectives. Provides coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Review training needs and approves the implementation of training programs
  • Ensures the effective implementation of systems, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Admin. Services and Supply Chain Management.
  • Prepares annual budget and ensures that financial objectives are achieved by monitoring costs and analyzing the department’s operating performance against budget commitments
  • Manages schedules and ensures that reports and other requirements are submitted on time.
  • Administrative Services
  • Manages the evaluation and monitoring of Service Providers and ensures compliance with agreements (Gardening, Janitorial Services, Canteen, Pest Control, Shuttle Service, etc.).
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Initiates improvements and repairs of office buildings and facilities including the acquisition of new equipment, and office furniture and fixtures based on the approved budget.
  • Motorpool
  • Leads the Motorpool section toward the proper operation, scheduling, maintenance, and repairs of all company vehicles and office generator sets;
  • Ensures the on-time registration/licensing of vehicles including insurance coverage and other tasks (i.e. claims for damages)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Oversees the planning and strict implementation of Procurement and Materials Management systems.
  • Oversee the provision of quality goods and services required by the Hedcor Group promptly and at competitive prices.
  • Leads the development, recommendation, and implementation of SCM systems and procedures to ensure accountabilities and the quality of the service provided.
  • Formulates and enforces measures to maintain minimum inventory level and conducts the review of records and reports.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Management or Commerce or Civil Engineering
  • With extensive background and experience in contracts management, facilities management, and supply chain management
  • With strong attention to detail and intense focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Has the ability to motivate others
  • With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • With at least five (5) years of work experience related to administrative support and supply chain management
  • 1 vacant position available in Ponciano, Davao City/ La Trinidad, Benguet

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Management or Commerce or Civil Engineering
