Performs assignments that require professional judgment and knowledge to lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance and control requirements on the project/s collaborating with multiple entities specifically EPC contractor, its vendors, and suppliers. He/She must esure that there is an effective management and implementation of project quality controls by providing guidance through reviews of all quality-related plans, procedures, and activities set forth by the EPC Contractor and present recommendations in accordance to the Coal BU standards and practices.
He/She is expected to develop the site quality management structure and the site quality programs and plans to ensure all services rendered by the EPC contractor and its sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants are all in accordance to the quality assurance and control manuals approved by the project manager and plant manager.
Responsible for the proper management of all quality-control documents such as inspection reports, test results, including any product and material samples, and all other necessary documents to ensure project quality requirements are satisfactorily achieved throughout the projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- at least 5 years solid experience in power facility construction administration, and project/construction management;
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering;
- Knowledge of industrial projects quality assurance and quality control plans and procedures.;
