Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Sales Representative.
About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Improve the advertiser’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption to help them deliver a strong return on investment.
- Connect with decision-makers over the phone at a scheduled time to install and optimize technical solutions to increase advertiser’s ad performance and investments.
- Install and troubleshoot entry level coding related to HTML and JavaScript coding.
- Recognize roadblocks faced during technical installs with advertisers.
- When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre- and post-installation support.
- Become an expert on specific technical Social Media products.
- Providing vital technically based product insights & feedback, from their own experience using the
- Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers.
- Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Social Media products.
- Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Open to High School, College graduates or College undergraduates
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales (Advertising Sales, Hard Selling, Upselling or Inbound-Outbound Sales)
- Familiarity with using social media and online advertising products is a plus.
- Technical experience, digital experience a plus
- At least 3 years of BPO work experience or 2 years if graduate of Marketing/Sales related course is preferred.
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
- Amenable to work onsite
