Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This role will help bring modern software engineering process, techniques, and approaches to a variety of industries as they embark on delivering more product features through software and platforms.
- Engaging with clients and leaders through innovation activities, Industry X tools and assets presentation, and;
- Idea generation through design thinking sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
- Expertise in leading practices and essential capabilities to develop assessments, roadmaps, and strategic plans.
- Opportunity origination experiences are important, but candidates must be able to mature and deliver opportunities that other Industry X leads have initiated.
- Advisory minded and has tons of industry experience, product development, and strategic planning. You draw on it to help clients see where they stand today, what challenges and trends they face, and what new opportunities are theirs for the taking.
- Skilled and experienced in modern software and platform engineering approaches and practices (e.g., scaled agile), familiarity with DevSecOps toolchains, a strong point of view on software development operating models, cultures, and metrics.
