Job Description
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, planning, and budgeting
- Can provide accurate financial and technicial advise and information to Board of Directors
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Ensure that all accounting, reporting, tax, compliance, and finance matters are in line with local regulations and policies
- Ensure submission and properly filed of the mandatory government remittances (All BIR requirements, ITR, SSS, HMDF and PHIC)
- Ensure bank reconciliation of the Company is being done regularly
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Company
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Develop operational and financial strategies to preserve Company assets and properties
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy or Equivalent
- At least (5) Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate should have depth understanding of Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Finance Risk operations
- Preferably, Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
