Job Description
- This will be for a seasonal position, with a high possibility for absorption
- Obtains client information by answering calls, verifying information and calling back customers
- Facilitates order process
- Uses special approach to handle irate and upset customers
- Understands the impact of his/her attitude in handling customers
- Apply elements of building rapport to with different types of customer over the phone
- Apply appropriate telephone technique to control the telephone call
- Manage filing, correspondence, and other data entry tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one (1) year experience related to customer service professional experience
- Fluent both in English and Filipino
- Computer Literate. Average skill in MS Office Applications and Web Browsing
- Typing skill of 35 WPM and 90% Accuracy
- Skills/Competencies: High Customer Service / Focus, Problem-Solving, Multi-tasking, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Phone Skills, Listening; Data Entry
- Willing to work in Taguig
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
