Job Description
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
- Meets with individuals or groups inside or outside of the company on behalf of the executive
- Prepares correspondence, reports and presentations as needed
- Organizes and maintains files and records
- Checks and answers emails and calls from clients
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
- Prepares and edits reports and presentations
- Assists different departments that need assistance
- Receives incoming and distributes outgoing documents, letters, packages, etc.
- Requests office supplies for the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or the equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; actual working experience in the related field would be an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Must be able to work well with others
- Has the ability to work independently or as part of a team
